Start with the exact product
Record game, language, edition or set code, SKU and selling unit. A box price is not a case price. Ask for case contents before building a bulk order. Public prices are intended for everyone; special bulk discounts are not assumed.
Build a quantity checklist
For each line, note unit count, minimum quantity, allowed multiples and total value. Ask whether limits apply per item or across the order. Buying more does not automatically provide a discount, reservation or credit terms.
Compare total route cost
Use the actual warehouse and destination to compare goods, freight, tax and possible customs charges. A lower unit price can produce a higher landed cost. Confirm the charge currency before a transfer or quotation approval.
Get a complete confirmation
A useful confirmation identifies goods, quantities, condition, price validity, payment timing, stock or preorder status and shipping arrangements. Check mixed-stock and warehouse handling. Keep the accepted version for reconciliation. No credit or approval scheme is currently promised.
