Preview and live-store status
The merchant identity, privacy contact and live processing arrangements are not finalized. This is a policy draft. Checkout and contact actions are demonstrations and must not receive real customer information. Hosting may process technical access information; actual practices need verification.
Planned information and purposes
A live order would require a name, email, delivery address, country and phone number. Phone is mandatory in the intended checkout for delivery and order-contact needs. Items, order history and payment status would support fulfillment, support and reconciliation. Marketing permission should be separate.
Recipients, transfers and retention
The final notice must identify actual hosting, payment, carrier and communication providers, disclosure purposes, international data handling, security arrangements and retention periods or criteria. Warehouse locations do not by themselves describe data storage. No unimplemented safeguards or deletion periods are promised.
Questions and rights
A working privacy contact, proportionate identity verification and applicable rights-request instructions are required before launch. Japan’s personal-information framework and laws relevant to actual customers need review. No universal legal basis or global rights process is asserted.
