Country and origin both matter
Destination and dispatch warehouse are separate facts. A regional warehouse does not make every order domestic. Select your country at checkout and confirm the actual route before relying on a cost estimate.
Understand the quoted amount
Ask whether the total includes import taxes, duties and carrier charges or whether amounts may be collected separately. Pokemara has not adopted a universal duties-paid or duties-unpaid arrangement. No global threshold or exemption is promised.
Use the relevant authority
Rules depend on destination, goods, value and transaction. The UK government import guide is an example of official country-specific information explaining tax and duty collection. Use current official guidance for your own country instead of applying another market’s rules.
Keep information accurate
Check buyer and recipient details and retain invoices and shipping documents. Values and descriptions must be accurate; do not request a false value or gift declaration. International returns also need route-specific checks so fees and documentation are understood.
