Our design goals
The storefront is being designed for readable text, strong contrast, keyboard use, clear form labels and adaptable layouts. These goals are not an accessibility certification or a claim that every screen passed an audit.
Understandable controls
Search, filters, menus, quantity controls and dialogs should have labels and visible focus states. Checkout errors should identify the field and explain correction. Language and currency controls should be discoverable without depending only on flags or color.
Report a barrier
When verified support is published, describe the page, action, device, browser and assistive technology if you wish. Explain the expected result and what happened. Avoid putting private order or payment details in public reports.
Ongoing review
Keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, motion and mobile checks remain necessary for the complete store, including external payment screens. Known barriers and a useful support alternative should be published as identified. A working accessibility contact is a launch requirement.
